I send ALL items by recorded mail, admittedly usually by second class or first on larger/expensive items. I may also send larger items (£30+) by special delivery. All items outside the UK are sent via Airmail and will, obviously, demand a slightly inflated P&P charge.
Delivery times within the UK usually takes 3 to 9 days after payment. Deliveries outside the UK can take anything from 7 to 25 days after payment.

The only circumstances under which I'll return any cash is if your item(s) doesn't arrive 30 days after payment or if it's mangled beyond repair during transit. This is applicable to all item deliveries in the world.
